The Power of Virtual Assistants and outsourcing.

If you have watched the video lessons, you’ve probably realized that developing a portfolio of passive income websites involves a wide range of tasks.

Some parts of the process are complex and interesting, and they take some time to master (things like testing monetization techniques, analyzing search traffic, etc.). Learning those things well will be what separates those that make lots of money in this business from those that never make much.

However, there are also a lot of very tedious and repetitive tasks in this business. Making more websites, writing more articles, building more backlinks, etc…not only can it get really boring, it is a total time drain.

The reason we do this is because when it’s all said and done, more websites and more content = more traffic = more passive income. Well the fact that a lot of these tasks are very repetitive is actually not bad news. Why? Because they are easy to explain and easy to execute, and therefore, easy to outsource.

Outsourcing is something I recommend everyone eventually do, especially once their business starts growing. It is the only way to leverage this business into BIG earnings and it is the only way to accelerate the growth of this business on autopilot. Not only will outsourced workers work for cheaper (and a lot of times for much higher quality!), they also don’t require any paperwork (since they are considered independent contractors).

Want to know one thing I outsource consistently every single month? My backlinks. Every month I spend about two days creating a massive Excel spreadsheet of backlinks. Where I want the backlinks coming from, the exact wording I want for the backlinks, and where the backlinks are pointing. I come up with my plan of attack based on new keyword research and data from Google Analytics. I make sure to explain the assignment in detail and then I spend the rest of the month on other things.

That’s not the only thing I outsource, but it’s an example of something I’ve outsourced that has really helped my business. I would highly recommend finding great and reliable workers, training them well, and paying them really well. This will make your life easier in the long run, especially once they know exactly what to do with little supervision.

Here are two resources I would highly recommend when looking for outsourcing for this kind of work:

Virtual Staff Finder – If you want to find high quality virtual assistants and don’t want to go through the (sometimes) long and tedious process of searching, interviewing, etc., this is where you should go. This service is a little more expensive, but if you want to save yourself the headache that those other outsourcing websites can (sometimes) produce, you should definitely use this quick and painless headhunting service.

Note: I have made this automated newsletter using AWeber. No website (or Facebook fan page, etc.) is complete until it has a sign up form to collect email addresses (otherwise, you’re leaving money on the table). Every business in the world should have an email list, as well as a newsletter they send out on a regular basis.
